Just adding a note that my current preference is #5, but I'm not gonna vote.

My reasons are: 

1. It becomes a self-serve mechanism for people to agree to terms and immediately be able to begin developing on the chain, lowering the barrier and increasing decentralization.
2. It provides a recourse to deal with bad actors, something that other blockchains don't really have. The thing I like most about this is it would be a governance vote for cJEWEL/sJEWEL holders, which is tamper resistant and decentralized.

Interested to hear any thoughts or feedback for and against it.

I am just starting to learn solidity, and realised how easy it was to deploy contracts to EVM chains. And was getting excited about the things I could do, and make, on DFK chain. Both for trading, but also for the use of DFK NFTs.

It is nice that this proposal has come up. Extra demand for in-game items, and a wider range of activities on chain, is good for network effects and price appreciation. 
Avoiding Harmony-like chain degradation is, however, damn important.

My only concern is that the AI pre-checking the data could also be compromised or gamed. It would need continuous audits and extra oversight of deployed contracts to ensure that it wasn't getting false positives (or negatives!).

I'm no expert but find these topics very interesting. Let's take a second and think about what DFKchain is. Its purpose is to handle transactions for The Defi Kingdoms game. With a major focus on scalability and speed. Anybody I’ve spoken to about this game, cares mainly about speed and cost of transactions. This game won't work if the speed of transactions are slow and expensive...therefore this must be protected at all cost.  

DFKchain is user-facing infrastructure and generally needs to be more resilient and robust. Therefore more secure and less innovative. 

Applications on the other hand (gmx and blur) are generally doing more experimental stuff and have to focus on faster moving innovation and products. 

I think taking the slower approach and focusing on trustworthy builders is the right move. I trust the team and high council to vet anyone who wants to deploy anything on this chain. Especially because the game isn't finished! And anything risking the development of this game is a threat. 

Why does ETH need to focus so much more on decentralization than DFKchain?

DFKchain isn't making a claim to be an open, permission-less, decentralized operating system to build DAPPS and financial tools. The trade-offs are decentralization for speed and cost. This being a game, I'm OK with this. (Transactions on ETH are $10 currently and take a long time to reach consensus relative to new chains) 

During the bull-market, people were paying over $1000 for ETH fees...my point is they are selling a different type of block space compared to what DFKchain is selling.


Think about if someone wants to contribute to DFKchain and they have good intentions. The current process of going through the team, doesn't bother me one bit. I actually prefer this. Especially because we haven't finished the game yet..so any risk we introduce is a threat. We saw last cycle..COUNTER-PARTY RISK is super important and if you have good intentions, then going through the team and leadership won't be a problem. 

The possibility of a bad actor deploying bad code will always exist..but these risks should be minimal. Especially considering the game isn't close to final form yet.
